Executive Overview
Disruption and transformation are the essential realities of our future. Technology and the way electronics are used is ever-evolving and disrupting businesses and industries. Transformation must be the solution—but it isn’t just about business, it’s about people. People make transformation possible, and it starts with each of us pursuing our own personal path of transformation. As CEO of Molex, I encourage our employees to pursue new innovations and ideas that can positively transform the lives of our customers and people everywhere. Personally, I transformed a college internship at Molex into a 30-year career here. One that has provided me with diverse experience in a wide variety of roles and focus areas. It’s this knowledge and experience that allow me to lead the Molex team toward continued growth and expansion into new and disruptive markets. As one of seven children and having seven children with my wife, I have a deep commitment to family. That commitment extends to the 40,000+ employee Molex family and our customers, who I am honored to represent and support. Beyond Molex, I serve on the board of the DuPage Children’s Museum, am a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
