I’m a Vice President–level data and analytics executive with 15+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise data, identity, and analytics platforms across healthcare and financial services. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, data engineering, and measurable financial impact. I specialize in turning complex data ecosystems into scalable platforms that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved customer and patient experiences. Currently, I serve as Executive Director of Enterprise Data & AI Platforms at CVS Health, where I lead global teams responsible for data quality, identity management, data governance, data engineering, and data monetization. My teams support platforms managing billions of records and enabling omnichannel digital health experiences across CVS Health’s business units. I’m the product owner and visionary behind the Enterprise Patient Hub, which generates CVS Health’s global patient identifier and manages more than 3 billion patient records. This capability is foundational to CVS Health’s digital strategy and open healthcare ecosystem. I’ve also led multiple high-impact monetization and optimization initiatives, including platforms delivering $100M+ in annual EBIT, a pricing solution generating $180M annually, and automation programs delivering $13M in savings with no incremental capital investment. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Citigroup, where I established a global data profiling Center of Excellence, managed data quality for hundreds of millions of customer records across 14 countries, and partnered closely with senior leadership and regulators to resolve complex data integrity challenges. I’m known as a pragmatic, enterprise-scale builder who bridges strategy and execution, builds high-performing teams, and delivers results that matter to the business.
