Jules Andrew

Jules Andrew has worked in various roles in Finance and Operations for over 20 years. She is currently the Chief Business Services Officer for Colgate-Palmolive. Prior to that, she was the worldwide Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Payments for the Royal Bank of Canada. While at IBM, she was the General Manager of the Services Integration Hub for the US transforming the engagement model to improve the value propositions for clients and simplify the processes for outsourcing. Before that, Jules was the CFO for IBM's Latin America business. She held several financial and operational positions in pricing and finance in the PC Division and the IT Services businesses across Europe and globally. During that time, she worked in various roles on deal structuring skills to grow revenue while managing risk for IBM and IBM’s clients. She has significant international experience living in Europe for 14 years supporting Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She was in Brazil for 3 years supporting over 20 countries in Central and South America. And she was in Canada for over 6 years supporting a global business.
