Every step in my private life as well as professional career has been driven by my love for change. Anticipating future needs, turning them into a clear vision & strategy, helping the organization to transform and taking people along on that change journey is what excites me. For more than 15 years I have been successfully driving transformational change projects across different cultures as well as across the entire value chain to create unique competitive advantages for our customers, partners and for PPG. No matter in which industry, we are in the middle of fundamental disruptions driven by climate change, geopolitical upheaval and megatrends like mobility and digitalization. How to turn these into opportunities, but also mitigate threats if not anticipated early enough, will be THE question leaders will need to answer to succeed.
