Julie Brandt

As a business leader and building enthusiast with 29 years of global leadership experience, I have a proven track record in leading profitable businesses, building diverse winning teams, and improving customer satisfaction to ensure consistent growth and service excellence. Currently, I serve as Corporate Vice President and President of Global Commercial & Field Operations at Johnson Controls. In this role, I drive the strategic vision for field delivery and operations, focusing on sustained growth. My leadership is focused on enhancing commercial capabilities, customer experience and positioning the company for continued innovation and success. Previously, I held the role of Vice President and President of Building Solutions North America, where I led a team of more than 25,000 teammates focused on delivering smart building technologies and services to create healthier, safer, and more sustainable buildings for our customers. I have spent nearly three decades in the elevator industry, in roles of increasing responsibility across P&L ownership, transformational, and functional roles in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. I am a proud alum of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, holding an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing.
