Karolyn Ferris

Karolyn is a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Northern Trust Corporation. She provides leadership and strategic vision to the business segment and greater organization. Karolyn has direct responsibility for multiple functions across the Asset Owner business. Prior to joining Northern Trust Corporation, Karolyn had a number of senior roles with BNY Mellon - which included direct responsibility for front-office service delivery, and directing various aspects of product management and strategic priorities, new business development and thought leadership. Manage and develop teams across multiple global operational locations. Responsible for identifying new markets, growing and retaining revenue in the US and globally with oversight for annual P&L Management and over 300+ Institutional client relationships.
