As the P&L owner for Ball’s North & Central America beverage packaging business I am responsible for $6.7B in annual revenue and more than 20 manufacturing locations. I have the honor to lead 5,300 people who deliver for our customers and each other every day. I am passionate about innovation, sustainability, about partnering with customers and brands and building winning teams. During my 20-year career at Ball I have had experience in two of Ball’s business units as well as corporate and global business executive roles. I had a leadership role in Ball’s $6B acquisition of Rexam and subsequent integration. I love working with people, developing teams to drive results and building long term business strategies.
