With a ram rod straight back and high on ownership, I do have the ability to ''get things done'' . additionally, as cliched as it may sound, I work best in environments of high Trust and empowerment and when missing I build it.What satisfies me most is being a Coach and sponsor of HR talent, guiding and hand holding to higher positions. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading HR functions in diverse industries, from Auto at Varroc to Global IT services at Infosys and BPO at WNS Global Services and MphasiS. I'm adept at navigating complex challenges, such as leading through COVID, and building sustainable HR strategies that deliver tangible results.Economic Times conferred the - Leadership award during their HR Excellence summit in March 2016 for my contributions to Transformational Leadership. A noteworthy award... Have also proudly held the baton as the President of NHRD, Pune Chapter 2014-16.I do speak at Business, Education and Industry forums. My Alma mater is Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (HR) , plus Symbiosis Law from where I hold a Degree in Law (Gold Medalist) . With a base degree in Commerce from Pune University ... Apart from work I am creative, love designing almost anything, love color, all bling, enjoy painting, reading and what gets me pepped up is Elvis Presley. Am a restless soul with very high standards for self.
