As President of North American Operations and a member of Schneider Electric’s Executive Committee, I lead the group’s largest revenue geography, focused on delivering growth, operational excellence, and customer success across the region alongside our 43,000 North American employees.With more than 20 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, I have built a career leading businesses through transformation, growth, and change. My experience spans sales, product management, corporate strategy, and P&L leadership, giving me a broad perspective on creating value for customers, employees, and shareholders. I am passionate about building high-performance teams, developing talent, and driving innovation that delivers measurable business results.Prior to my current role, I served as President of UK & Ireland and Belgium & Netherlands, leading employees across four countries and managing a multi-billion-dollar P&L.I hold a BS from Texas Christian University, MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2025. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Elis (Elis.PA).Having lived and worked in the United States, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, I value global perspectives and cross-cultural leadership. I am a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom.
