Kevin Zdimal

Kevin Zdimal is Chief Financial Officer of Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a leading supplier of innovative building envelope products for energy efficient buildings. In this role, Kevin is responsible for leading the company’s finance teams, setting the company's capital deployment philosophy, and working across functions and businesses to accelerate the company's growth and margin expansion strategies. As a key member of Carlisle’s executive team, Kevin helped lead Carlisle’s pivot from a portfolio of general industrial businesses to a pure play building products company. Under his leadership, Carlisle developed a strong track record of delivering energy-efficient, labor-saving and environmentally responsible industry solutions while generating superior returns for shareholders. In 2024, Carlisle Companies delivered $5B in annual revenue and employed 5,500 people in 96 locations. Kevin has over 25 years in financial management that spans a broad mix of deep operational, financial, and strategic experience. He joined Carlisle Companies Incorporated in 1995 and has held various corporate roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President Corporate Development, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer. Before his corporate roles, Kevin also held roles at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies including General Manager and Vice President Finance. Prior to joining Carlisle Companies, Kevin worked as both a Tax and an Audit Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLC. Kevin sits on the Board of Directors of Friction Free Dental and on the Development Board at the non-profit Elevate Phoenix. Friction Free Dental is a startup focused on providing a software solution intended to revolutionize the way dentistry is performed across the entire dental ecosystem. Elevate Phoenix addresses high school dropout rates by introducing urban students to a positive and caring teacher/mentor who helps ensure they don’t have to navigate life’s toughest challenges alone. Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College and an MBA from Syracuse University. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoys golf, hiking, and travel. He and his wife JoAnn live in Scottsdale, AZ and have two sons.
