For more than three decades, I helped build and lead some of McKinsey & Company's most consequential practices, co-founding our global Risk practice and leading the Firm's Corporate & Investment Banking ("CIB") practice in the Americas and co-leading CIB globally. My focus over the last decade has been on driving McKinsey's AI and technology transformation efforts for our clients and for the Firm itself: co-leading our Generative AI & Banking and AI Trust efforts; overseeing the most advanced capabilities of Lilli (the Firm's generative AI platform used by more than 35,000 colleagues); leading our global Cybersecurity practice; chairing the Firm's Launch Committee, supporting and funding innovation across the Firm; leading Risk Advanced Analytics and Risk Dynamics globally; and re-skilling and up-skilling our clients and colleagues for the era of AI.Now I've taken that experience into the field. I've joined the senior leadership team of Rogo, the leading AI platform for financial markets, as Chief Innovation Officer. Rogo has raised over $300 million led by Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, with participation from J.P.Morgan, Eric Schmidt, Henry Kravis and other leading investors. Rogo is now deployed across most of the world’s top investment banks and many of the world’s top investment managers. We’re grateful for the partnership of these clients and we know the hard work of truly transforming financial services is still in front of us. In addition, I serve as a board member of Numerix, a leading provider of derivatives and capital markets risk management and pricing analytics; as a trustee of the Whitby School in Greenwich, Connecticut; and as a trustee of a charitable foundation dedicated to ocean exploration, protection and security.Earlier in my career, I served as COO of International Equity Partners (an emerging markets private equity firm), practiced corporate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and co-founded and served as CFO of Crimson & Brown Associates, a targeted recruiting services firm. I also served as a board member of MIO Partners for 17 years, overseeing the management of more than $20 billion of assets.I hold an A.B. from Harvard College, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where I served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. I reside in Greenwich, Connecticut, with my wife Alisa Savetamal, a burn surgeon and medical director of the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital, and our four children.
