Kimberly K. Ryan

Currently serving as President and CEO of Hillenbrand starting December 30, 2021 building on a 32-year tenure at Hillenbrand and several of its operating companies. Joined Batesville Casket Company in 1989. Since then, held several roles at Batesville, Hillenbrand Industries and Hill-Rom, including senior leadership roles in finance, strategy, new business ventures, shared services, IT and general management of commercial operations. Eventually served as Batesville Casket Company President before relocating to Stuttgart, Germany to lead Coperion, Hillenbrand’s largest business. During a long career of challenging developmental assignments, many great experiences were obtained, but one of the reasons I love working at Hillenbrand is our continuous improvement mindset and our focus on growth - guided by the Hillenbrand Operating Model. I look forward to continuing to build on Hillenbrand’s strategic priorities and driving value for our customers, associates, and shareholders.
