I have more than 35 years of experience in cement Industry. Worked in cement manufacturing in India as well as out side the country. I was director for two countries Vietnam and Philippines. I have experience of setting green field and brown field cement plants. I have set up new plants in Bihar and West Bengal. More focus on safety of people and asset. I have developed industrial safety standards and Procedure. Worked closely with Du Pont. Have clarity on business and strong control over cost by optimizing plant assets . Take active part in critical negotiations to get the best price. I have passion towards 1. Safety, health and environment. 2 Quality and customer satisfaction. 3. People Management. 4.
