Kristi is an innovative, inspiring, and collaborative thought leader with 20+ years of experience in ethics and compliance program design, implementation, and assurance. At Dell Technologies, Kristi and her team are responsible for ethical culture and best practice compliance programs on a global scale. She conceptualizes and implements programs aimed at mitigating FCPA and other key risks, deploys creative training for 100,000+ employees, leads Speak Up and investigations, and turns findings into fixes with post-investigation remediation. Kristi co-drafted Dell’s Principles for Ethical AI and is an inventor on applications filed with the U.S. Patent & Trademarks Office. Prior to Dell, Kristi served as a founding member of The Coca-Cola Company’s ethics program where she investigated a wide variety of alleged misconduct. As a former PricewaterhouseCoopers manager, Kristi led assurance engagements for Fortune 100+ clients and maintains her Certified Public Accountant license. She is a recipient of TRACE International's Innovation Award and has led her company to an Ethisphere World’s Most Ethical Companies designation 12 times.
