Kristopher Fador

I lead Bank of America’s cybersecurity team where it is our mission to ensure that our clients and the bank are always protected. Our work to protect extends to the financial services sector where I’m honored to serve on the FS-ISAC Board of Directors and on the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC). I strongly believe that diversity strengthens cybersecurity and we need to reduce the gender gap in technology to stay ahead. To that end I’m proud to be one of the executive sponsors of women in technology and operations at BofA. Outside of the office I’m on the Board of Trustees of my Alma mater Lake Forest College and on the Board of Directors at the Center for Coastal Studies, an incredible organization that is focused on studying and protecting marine ecosystems.
