Krystyna Kostka

Krystyna Kostka is Senior Vice President of the Retail Fuel, Tire Bay and Propane businesses at BJ’s Wholesale Club, a leading club retailer in the United States with 215 clubs, 135 retail fuel stations and $12.5 billion in annual sales. Prior to joining BJ’s in 2014, Krystyna held leadership roles in both operations and finance at Irving Oil, Canada’s largest oil refiner with over 900 Irving-branded convenience retail stores in the Northeastern United States and Canada. Ms. Kostka is a results-oriented business executive with direct P&L and strategic responsibility for the fuel, tire bay and propane businesses as well as Club Operations administration including labor capacity analysis and planning. Areas of expertise include: fuel procurement and supply chain logistics, multi-channel retail sales and operations, retail strategy development, operational planning and budgeting, deal valuation and acquisition integration, complex contract negotiation and large-scale cost reduction initiatives. A graduate of Boston University, Ms. Kostka holds an MBA from Babson College with a concentration in Finance.
