Krzysztof Bratos

Harvard Business School alumnus and senior executive with 20 years of international experience across leading investment banking, wealth management and retail banking institutions in London, New York, and Poland. I started my career driving complex transformation agendas at top-tier banks and investment firms in London and New York, gaining deep expertise in strategy, digitalization, and business growth. My experience spans large-scale international strategy programs, new business initiatives, and both organic and acquisition-driven expansion. In Poland, I successfully digitalized and led one of the country’s largest, award-winning Private Banking & Wealth Management firms before expanding my leadership to oversee Private Banking, Wealth Management, Brokerage, and Retail Investments. Today, I lead the Retail Banking division at mBank—one of Europe’s most innovative and digital-first financial institutions. I’m passionate about leading diverse teams, fostering trusted relationships across stakeholders, and combining strategic vision with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive commercial success.
