My journey began with a solid foundation in engineering and computer science from Marist College and M.S. University. This technical background has been instrumental as I transitioned into leadership roles where I could blend my passion for technology with strategic vision. I've been fortunate to work on modernizing our data infrastructure while fostering a culture of analytics-driven decision-making. One of my proudest moments was building our data organization from scratch in past two organization - transforming it into a powerhouse of insights that drove significant operational improvements. We delivered several analytics products at Novant Health alone, showcasing how effective data strategies can lead to better patient outcomes. Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for me; it’s a core value that drives my professional choices. I’m actively involved in initiatives that reduce waste while attracting top talent who share this vision. Being recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Data was an incredible honor that reinforced my belief in the importance of using data responsibly to benefit both businesses and communities.
