I have a sociology background from my years at UC Berkeley, where my studies focused on organizational behavior and I learned that the key to driving innovation is an inspired workforce. My passion for lifelong learning eventually led to me to various digital and IT roles where I’ve had the opportunity to drive transformational change by leveraging IT and digital solutions to propel business growth. Prior to joinging Neurocrine, I have helped lead transformational initiatives along with multibillion-dollar M&A integrations, digital marketing / demand generation, eCommerce, enterprise applications, call center operations, and LIMS sales/service teams overdelivering on aggressive revenue goals, most recently helping to drive value and outcomes through automation, AI, and data solutions.
