As the Managing Director and Head of Singapore Coverage for Corporate Finance at OCBC Bank, I lead a team of investment bankers to originate and execute strategic transactions for clients across various sectors and geographies in Southeast Asia. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep expertise in M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets. My mission is to deliver innovative and tailored solutions that create value and enhance growth for our clients, while building long-term and trusted relationships with them. I have successfully led and closed numerous landmark deals, including public takeovers, leveraged buyouts, private M&A, IPOs, and high-yield bonds, with a total deal value of over $10 billion. I am passionate about the dynamic and fast-growing Southeast Asian market and the opportunities it offers for both local and international investors.
