Executive Overview
Infrastructure IT leader with 20 years experience, I held various positions in international environments with many challenges. I acquire technical knowledge on many infrastructure areas (Desktop, Server, Middleware, Storage, Grid Computing, Cloud, Cyber Security, ...), but also developed my soft knowledge in Team Management (hierarchic or transversal), and on client focus mindset. I've had to manage large budget (over 50M€), huge transformations, and define IS Strategy This transversal career allow me to have a good overview on infrastructure solutions, on very stressful production environment, to understand business needs, and develop accordingly proper IT strategy In the meantime, and even more in the current pandemic context, I'm convinced that companies have to evolve on management 3.0 : autonomy of people, diversity, flexible work, and manage work/life balance
