Lisa Kelley

As president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Montana (BCBSMT), Lisa leads the overall direction of BCBSMT, including operations, sales and account management, network operations, health care management, and external affairs. She has worked to bring affordable care to more people, slow rising health care costs, and introduce technologies to improve service and patient outcomes. Lisa joined BCBSMT in 2010, and she previously served as BCBSMT’s General Counsel. She has also held various legal roles, including serving as associate general counsel, corporate brand counsel, and counsel for the national accounts division. Lisa earned a law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Helena and Leadership Montana. Lisa currently serves on the boards of the Montana Life and Health Guaranty Association, the Montana Reinsurance Association, the Montana Chamber of Commerce, the Helena Chamber of Commerce, and the Glacier National Park Conservancy Fund.
