I build and scale large, global businesses through periods of technological and strategic inflection, most recently at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise platforms. I’m currently Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Cisco, where I lead a $15B global services and recurring revenue business spanning professional services, customer success, technical support, and software and services renewals. I oversee a 20,000 person organization across multiple continents and am leading a fundamental shift in how enterprise technology companies operate and grow in the AI era. My work focuses on moving organizations from AI experimentation to AI at scale, embedding intelligence into operating models, customer engagement, and revenue engines. That includes redesigning workflows, strengthening data foundations, and aligning teams around predictive, outcome-driven systems rather than reactive processes. In 2024, I led Cisco’s $28B acquisition of Splunk, the largest in the company’s history, helping reposition the company around data, observability, and AI-driven platforms. Previously, I served as Cisco’s Chief Strategy Officer, shaping enterprise strategy, portfolio direction, and capital allocation. Across more than two decades, I’ve built and run multi-billion-dollar businesses across applications, cloud, compute, IoT, and SaaS, with deep experience spanning product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations. I bring a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach to my leadership, focused on governance, change management, and translating innovation into durable enterprise value. I serve on the boards of Mercedes-Benz AG (Nomination Committee) and Workday (Compensation Committee) and previously served on the board of Ingersoll Rand. I’m deeply committed to responsible AI and to building diverse teams capable of shaping technology that serves global customers at scale.
