That's the thread running through my career, from building CRM systems in telecom to leading enterprise IT and AI adoption at a global cybersecurity company.I'm the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Sophos, where I lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and own the strategy, security, and management of our global IT organization, including how we protect data for partners and customers worldwide.I've spent over a decade at Sophos building from the ground up: I founded our IT Business Operations function, led Cloud Infrastructure Services, and ran IT Applications as SVP before stepping into this role.
