Lohit Bhatia

Lohit Bhatia is the Executive Director and Group CEO of Quess Corp, India’s largest and a global leader in staffing and workforce solutions. With over 29 years of multi-industry experience, he is a transformational leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping Quess’ growth and influencing the evolution of India’s staffing ecosystem.Since joining Quess in 2011 as General Manager – Sales (Staffing), Lohit has progressed through multiple senior leadership roles, including President – India & Global Operations. Under his leadership, Quess scaled its associate base from 13,000 to over 480,000, cementing its position as India’s No. 1 staffing company and the 4th largest globally by headcount. His focus on operational excellence, technology-led delivery, and disciplined execution has also positioned Quess 37th globally by revenue in the 2024 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) rankings.Lohit has been instrumental in several milestone chapters of Quess’ journey, including the rebranding to Quess Corp Ltd in 2015, the IPO listing on the NSE and BSE in 2016, and the successful three-way demerger in 2025. He has also led Quess’ international expansion through strategic M&A across the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, driving seamless integration and sustainable growth.A strong advocate for workforce formalisation and labour reforms, Lohit has served three consecutive term as President of the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) and represented the Southern APAC on the Board of the World Employment Confederation (WEC). His work spans collaborations with Udaiti Foundation, CII, EFI, and multiple industry taskforces focused on DEI, employability, and the future of work. Currently Lohit is the National Chair of CII committee on Education to Employment , Industrial Relations and Skilling.
