She also leads the company’s global employee engagement, volunteerism and civic engagements in its home city of San Francisco. Before joining Gap Inc., she was Executive Vice President of Global Communications and Public Affairs at Kontoor Brands and President of the Kontoor Brands Foundation. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade on Wall Street at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank and also held senior leadership roles at global organizations at the forefront of advancing cultural, societal, and private sector development in emerging markets—including the International Finance Corporation (member of the World Bank Group), IFC Asset Management Company, Results for Development Institute, and United to End Genocide. Her educational background spans the U.S., Europe and Canada, with a bachelor’s in economics from McGill University and a master’s in international development studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
