Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work across various industries and geographies globally, leading teams to success in Automotive, FMCG, Energy, Pharma, and Financial Services. I thrive in challenging environments and I'm not afraid to take difficult calls. My mission is to foster a culture of mutual respect, where people feel valued and empowered. My role at the Financial Services Sector of M&M is to drive strategic talent management initiatives that focusses on developing agile and adaptable employees who can navigate the evolving financial services landscape. As a member of the Mahindra’s GDC (Group Diversity Council), I actively contribute to driving Diversity & Inclusion across all companies within the Group.
