As MD and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, I’m proud to lead the largest R&D centre for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Over the last three decades of being in automobile engineering, I've been fortunate to work with exceptional teams to navigate complex business challenges. With a focus on digital engineering at MBRDI, our team of 8500+ talented engineers is accelerating the future of smart and sustainable mobility, delivering world-class solutions across global projects. During my time here, we have evolved into a digital powerhouse for Mercedes-Benz, with the capacity and competency to develop, improve, support and coordinate every aspect of the complete vehicle development process. Over the years, it's been rewarding to see our team receive several recognitions and accolades across engineering, innovation, and talent from NASSCOM, CII, Randstad and The Economic Times, among others. My passion for global technology trends has also led to close associations with NASSCOM's ER&D Council for strengthening India's position as a leading destination for digital engineering solutions.
