From leading high-impact M&A deals end-to-end, handling everything from due diligence and valuation to structuring and post-merger integration, to managing the carve-out and spin-off of global business units, I have been at the heart of major transformation initiatives. I enjoy digging into complex financials, building strong business cases, and helping leadership make confident investment decisions. My experience spans managing €500M+ revenue operations across 40+ countries, leading diverse finance teams of 50+ professionals, and overseeing remote shared services centers. I have also worked closely with C-level executives to drive cash flow optimization, capital allocation, and portfolio growth, all while maintaining rigorous control over costs and risks. One of my strengths lies in leading large, multicultural teams and creating collaborative environments across functions like finance, legal, HR, and operations.
