With over 25 years in the resource industry, I have held leadership roles in operations, corporate and major capital projects across a range of disciplines and commodities. My strengths are my business acumen, operational and project management experience, a natural love of people, respect for the technical, and a demonstrated ability to engage with others to deliver the business objectives of the organisation or project. I have held senior leadership roles in project and business services, acquisition and divestment projects, business and industry analysis, business integration post acquisition, and change management ranging from corporate restructures, greenfield operations start-ups, to mine closures and rehabilitation . This experience has been in a range of commodities including Aluminum Smelting, Alumina, Bauxite, Industrial Minerals, Coal and Copper.
