Taking the helm as CEO of the second-largest bank in the country, I steered the institution through the initial throes of the Covid-19 pandemic, showcasing my ability to lead decisively in times of adversity. I've had elected positions, including chairing the Institutional Protection Scheme, a critical initiative for banking system stability by eight major Polish banks. I also held a seat on the Board of Trustees of the prestigious Warsaw School of Economics, an honor granted by the university's esteemed business partners. Alongside my executive roles, I'm deeply committed to people development. As a university professor, Gallup Coach, and EMCC Mentor, I find immense fulfillment in unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. Participation at the 50th World Economic Forum and recognition as a Future Leader in Global Finance by the IIF broadened my perspective and reinforced my commitment to driving positive change. With a Ph.D. in Economics, an EMBA from a prestigious U.S. university, and executive education from leading business schools, and degree in Computer Science, I have a versatile foundation, addressing future challenges at the intersection of finance, technology, and economics.
