I joined Rio Tinto’s Executive Committee in 2020 and took on the role of Chief Technical Officer in October 2021. As Chief Technical Officer, I lead the Development and Technology division of Rio Tinto, which is focused on exploration, major projects, operations improvement, technical risk, decarbonisation, and innovation. I joined Rio Tinto in 1995 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. I've held leadership positions in operational and functional areas, including in the Iron and Titanium business units, Group Risk, and Global Procurement. I proudly represent Rio Tinto on the Champions of Change Coalition, working to increase the representation of women in leadership and promote gender equality.
