Mary Dillon

Chicago-native and accomplished business executive, Mary Dillon has spent over four decades leading iconic consumer brands across industries including beauty, retail, telecom, restaurants, and packaged goods. Most recently, she served as President and CEO of Foot Locker, Inc., and previously led Ulta Beauty as CEO and Executive Chair, helping transform it into the largest beauty retailer in the U.S. Mary is equally passionate about purpose-driven work, currently serving as trustee and incoming Board Chair of Save the Children US. She is deeply committed to advancing health, education and protection for children in the United States and around the world. She also serves on the Board of Directors of KKR & Co. Inc., a global investment company and previously served on the Board of Directors of Starbucks. A proud first-generation college graduate, Mary lives in the Chicago area with her husband and enjoys adventure travel, tennis, and pickleball with her four adult children.
