Accomplished Head of Human Resources with over 25 years of experience in highly demanding and multicultural environment across a variety of country, regional and global responsibilities at Danone and then in the banking sector. Passionate by people and relations, I joined the HR function by vocation after graduation. Convinced that people is the best ever asset of a company and the enabler to make it unique and successful, I am very proud to work as a strategic player in close connexion with the Excom to develop collective engagement, people potentials and managerial support. I have proven expertise in talent management, labour relations and managing big transformation and complex projects. I believe in trust and clarity of vision as main vehicle of people performance.
