Executive Overview
Megan Myungwon Lee is the Executive Officer and Group Regional Head for Panasonic in North America, serving as Chairperson and CEO for Panasonic Corporation of North America. In her role, Megan leads the company’s growth strategy and is responsible for guiding its ongoing business evolution. With more than thirty years of industry experience, Megan has served in a variety of leadership roles and has been instrumental in spearheading new business initiatives, strategic planning, and digitization of human resources management, as well as the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. During her tenure with the company, she spent time in the Osaka, Japan Panasonic Headquarters, where she oversaw the international human resources. In 2004, Megan returned to the US to serve Panasonic Corporation of North America as Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Giving. From 2015, in addition to Human Resources, she also led Strategic and Corporate Planning until her appointment to Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer in 2022. In 2025, she was named Executive Officer and Group Regional Head for Panasonic in North America. Megan currently serves as a Board Member for the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation, and the International Foundation at Ewha Womans University, her alumni university in Seoul, South Korea, where she majored in Industrial Art Design.
