Completed the High Potentials Leadership Program in 2017 from Harvard Business School. Successfully established several overseas businesses/subsidiaries and made them profitable. International Accomplishments- Envisioned and established India’s first homegrown Sovereign and Global Scale Ratings company - CareEdge Global Ratings, at IFSC GIFT City. Successfully established CareEdge Africa at Mauritius with licence for Mauritius plus Kenya, expanded further through CareEdge South Africa, and CareEdge Nepal. Conceptualised and implemented the entire back-office operations for CARE Ratings at Ahmedabad resulting in 100% standardization and readiness for large-scale rating operations in anticipation of huge volumes consequent to implementation of Basel-II guidelines for Banks. Led the comprehensive business restructuring and repositioning agenda. People & HR Leadership- Brought in significant changes in HR policies with introduction of deferred benefit compensation and TCOMP approach.
