Michael is a Leading Sustainability + Packaging Expert and an R&D Executive with 20+ years of success leading strategic product innovation and sustainability practices for the world's most successful Global CPG companies. Mike was inducted into the 2018 Packaging and Processing Hall of Fame. Mike is an innovation leader and has over 40 patents to his name and a career that, in addition to McCormick, has spanned prominent roles within PPG, Coca-Cola, and Heinz. He has been a leading voice in sustainability and has been a key driver of McCormick's success in the space, helping McCormick obtain such recognitions as the Corporate Knights Most Sustainable Companies in the World (#1 most sustainable in packaged foods and 6th most sustainable company) and Barron’s Most Sustainable Companies of 2021 (#1 Food Company and 56th most Sustainable). He is also a 2020 honoree to the Environment + Energy Leader (E+E) 100.
