Single parent and Gulf War Combat Veteran, extremely efficient Pipe Lay and Heavy Lift Anchor Foreman/CTO/CTO Trainer-OJT Supervisor/Rigger Lead Man/Banksman/Rigger, 16 Years Experience offshore and onshore construction, specializing in shallow water pipe lay and ALL facets of construction and safe anchor handling/vessel movement procedures. I have also successfully and safely acted as Barge Foreman in said supervisors absence. Nearly every body of water OIL LNG are extracted, I’ve ran or supervised control towers on over 15 different barges for 5 major offshore companies and worldwide manpower providers as freelance. I’ve written procedures on Anchor Operation and Tug Anchor Handling in East Africa and I’ve written Barge Specific Tower Winch Operating Procedure in the Caribbean. I’ve been assigned and broke out trainees from many different nationalities. Extremely efficient with survey systems including 2018 Fugro Upgrade.
