Executive Overview
A 30+ year veteran of the consumer products industry, Michael Hsu is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a $20+ billion global leader of iconic brands.Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu was Chief Operating Officer, leading day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business units along with the global innovation, marketing and supply chain functions. He joined the company in 2012 as Group President of the company’s North American Consumer Products business, where he became known as a visionary and for his passion around driving growth and value creation.Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Hsu held senior operating roles at Kraft Foods, including President of the North American Grocery division and Chief Commercial Officer. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, initially in senior marketing roles and later as President of the U.S. Foodservice division. He spent the early part of his career in consumer products as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm’s Consumer Industries practice.
