If I were to summarize my leadership style it’s to foster an environment where people enjoy coming to work whether that’s in a virtual setting or in the office. I believe that coaching and developing others, enabling effective work/life balance, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, maintaining a level of accountability and recognition, keeping the lines of communication and feedback open both up and down the organization, being clear with expectations and simply having fun inspires people to be the very best at what they do.
