As Simpson Strong-Tie President and Chief Executive Officer, I lead our mission to provide solutions that help people design and build safer, stronger structures. I do this by championing a growth mindset and a people-centric culture to facilitate innovation and above-market performance. My 16 years of global senior executive leadership and broad international experience includes past experiences as Simpson Strong-Tie Chief Operating Officer, President of Henkel North America and Head of the Industrial and Electronics Division, Henkel APAC President and Global SBU Head of Electronics, and Head of Innovation. I’ve launched new businesses, including one that grew to 100+ million € in 5 years; implemented several sales, marketing, and talent development programs; launched an innovation ambition to drive growth; and developed new business in adjacent markets. I have a proven history of driving change and delivering strong results.
