I oversee multi-site manufacturing, quality, engineering, and end-to-end supply chain execution—aligning strategy with disciplined delivery in GMP environments. My leadership approach blends operational rigor with practical transformation: building resilient networks, strengthening right-sized governance, and investing in capabilities that improve throughput, service levels, and cost while maintaining regulatory readiness. I’m passionate about developing high-performing teams, simplifying complexity, and partnering across the enterprise—from R&D and commercial to external manufacturing and strategic suppliers. I’m most often engaged in: network and capacity strategy, site performance turnarounds, tech transfers and launches, OPEX/Lean programs, digital/automation roadmaps, and risk management that protects continuity of supply.
