As a Toyota executive, I am fully dedicated to my role as Vice President of Sustainability to drive meaningful and lasting impact at this defining moment for the automotive industry. As we accelerate towards carbon neutrality, embrace circular economy solutions, and champion responsible mobility, we recognize that environmental progress must go hand in hand with social sustainability—supporting communities, upholding human rights, and ensuring that no one is left behind in this transition. In my role as Chair of the Board of Directors at CSR Europe, I champion practical business contributions to an inclusive Green Deal transformation. I build alliances between local and global entities, advocate for a Just Transition, and address the social dimensions of ESG through impactful collaborations and innovations. As Program Director for the Toyota Mobility Foundation in Europe, I spearhead initiatives to strengthen mobility systems, overcome barriers, and improve access for vulnerable groups. I mobilize low-carbon communities through partnerships with universities, governments, non-profits, research institutions, and many other stakeholders.
