I serve as the Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hexaware Technologies, where I lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, AI transformation, and innovation at scale. With over 23 years of experience, I operate at the intersection of business, engineering, and intelligence systems—driving how organizations evolve from traditional digital models into AI-native enterprises. My mandate spans internal platforms, client-facing solutions, and the strategic adoption of emerging technologies that redefine how value is created and delivered. I am responsible for building and scaling Hexaware’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and enterprise AI competency—establishing the frameworks, platforms, and governance required to operationalize AI across the organization and for our clients. This includes advancing agentic systems, generative AI adoption, and intelligent automation to drive measurable business outcomes.
