I’ve spent my career leading global businesses, transforming brands, and building teams that continually push the boundaries of innovation. As Mastercard’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, I helped redefine what modern marketing can deliver—accelerating Mastercard to become one of the world’s top 12 most valuable brands. I’m proud that our work not only established the company as the dominant global audio brand, but also demonstrated how marketing can be a disciplined growth driver tied directly to commercial outcomes. I serve on corporate, private equity, healthcare, and not-for-profit boards, and am an Executive Fellow at both Harvard and Yale—work that allows me to advise CEOs, guide enterprise transformation, and help shape the next generation of cross-industry leaders. I also stay closely connected to the marketing community through leadership roles with global organizations and ongoing collaboration with innovators across sectors. Before Mastercard, I led large P&Ls and major transformations across financial services and healthcare. Passionate about inspiring the next generation of marketing disruptors, I am the author of Wall Street Journal Bestseller “Quantum Marketing” and host of Bloomberg TV’s Quantum Marketing series.
