Nadège Petit

As the Chief Innovation Officer of Schneider Electric, I am responsible for cultivating open innovation through external partnerships, business incubations, investments and joint ventures. The energy industry is being disrupted for the first time in 100 years, and I am excited to lead teams building and scaling the winning technologies and business models needed for the transition to a more electric, sustainable and digital world. Innovation can help lower carbon emissions and make buildings and industry sustainable, and we look for promising startups and partners to co-innovate and create this future. I joined Schneider Electric in 2004 and have had an incredible journey that has taken me from Sales, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, EVP of Power Products, and Chief Innovation Officer across several countries including Russia, France, Hong Kong, and United States. I gained my Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne, France (2004), and hold an Executive MBA from Kingston University, London, UK (2014). Since 2021, I am a member of the Board of Directors for AlphaStruxure and Uplight (currently Chairwoman). In May 2023, I joined as a member of the supervisory board of E.ON SE and serve as a member on the Innovation & Sustainability Committee. Beginning in April 2025, I also serve as the Chairwoman for the Schneider eStar Board of Directors.
