As the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia in North America, I oversee all aspects of the company’s water, waste and energy businesses, with more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across the United States and Canada. In North America, Veolia has been named the top-ranked environmental service company in the United States for five consecutive years by the Engineering News-Record. We are the country’s largest private water operator and technology provider, and a leader in hazardous waste and pollution treatment. In 2024, our North American team produced 242 billion gallons of drinking water, treated 427 billion gallons of wastewater, processed more than 1.8 million tons of hazardous waste and helped customers avoid 462 kT of CO₂ equivalent through our decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions.* Prior to joining Veolia on Dec. 1, 2025, for over 20 years I held various leadership positions at Schneider Electric, where I had several operational and managerial roles, overseeing major business development, sales, marketing and research and development in Europe, Hong Kong and the United States. From 2021 to 2025 at Schneider, I served as Chief Innovation Officer and was a member of the Global Executive Committee, responsible for developing future businesses, technologies and business models by fostering open innovation through external partnerships, business incubators, investments and joint ventures.
