I’m a servant leader with a passion for building strong teams, driving transformation, and creating lasting impact.My career journey has taken me from early roles at Intel in technology and supply chain, to over a decade of leadership at Tokyo Electron America, where I had the privilege to serve as President. I joined ScottsMiracle-Gro as President & COO in 2023 and assumed the role of CEO in 2026. Across my leadership, I've remained focused on empowering associates, driving operational excellence, and building a culture of innovation and collaboration.Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors—hunting, fishing, skiing, or tending to my garden. I believe in stewardship, sustainability, and helping people grow—both literally and figuratively.
