As CEO of Sodexo Live!, I have been working in the event and catering industry for over 30 years. My passion for gastronomy and culinary arts has led me to actively develop these activities within the Sodexo Group where I have worked for 20 years. And because these activities – including those of Maison Lenôtre, Yachts de Paris, and Bateaux Parisiens - are a strategic priority for the Group, they are now united under a single brand, Sodexo Live! My mission, and that of the 40,000 Sodexo Live! employees, is to create exceptional moments and lasting memories for your guests in stadiums and arenas, cultural destinations, convention centers, airport lounges and major events. We are particularly proud to partner with iconic venues such as the restaurants of the Eiffel Tower, the Hollywood Bowl, the San Diego Convention Center, Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium and major events such as the Tour de France, Roland-Garros tournament, the Royal Ascot races, and soon the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Our job is a daily challenge, as intense as it is fulfilling, which takes on even more meaning in a digitalized world where we all need to come together and physically reconnect with each other to enjoy unique collective experiences. Faced with the current recruitment challenges, we, as the live actors, must mobilize and work on the attractiveness of this profession: it is a fight that I want to lead, especially with the new generation of talents. Since 2018, I have had the honor of chairing the Pierre Bellon Foundation for Human Development, which works in France and internationally with people in need, especially young people. The mission of the foundation, founded by my father, is to consider that learning should be at the service of personal progression and fulfillment. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of Sodexo SA and of Pluxee. Within the SoTogether network (Sodexo's network for Diversity and Inclusion), I am committed to promoting gender equality and I pay close attention to this in my activity : today, 60% of our executive committee is female!
