Navin Upadhyaya is a seasoned human resources leader with over two decades of experience in the Banking financial industry. He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at 360 ONE, one of the largest and most diversified Wealth, Asset and Capital Market firm in India.In his role, he is responsible for shaping and executing the human resources strategy across the organization, aligning it with the business goals. He leads the culture, talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workforce. He also oversees the HR functions of multiple business covering Private banking- Ultra HNI & HNI, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, Listed Equity, PMS, Mutual funds, Institutional Equity, Treasury solutions and Investment Banking. Prior to this role Navin has worked with leading Banking Institutions - Citi, SCB & IDBI. He has a proven track record of developing talent, inspiring and empowering teams, navigating complex networks, and managing ambiguity and conflict.
