Neeraj Aggarwal

I am the Chair of the Asia Pacific region for BCG and a member of BCG’s global Executive Committee. I oversee business in Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and South-East Asia. Prior to this, I led the BCG India office from 2015-18. I have over 25 years of experience with clients spanning multiple sectors and have worked closely with more than 100 CEOs over the years, across geographies ranging from Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. In my current role, I support CEOs and chairs to set their agendas and improve the effectiveness of their organisations. I am inspired by clients who challenge conventional wisdom and set new standards for the world to follow. I am passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses and society for the better. A lot of my work focuses on the disruptive impact of Digital and AI. I am also proud of the role I played in shaping BCG’s future in AI as well as our climate and sustainability practice. Prior to BCG, I worked at Cadence Design Systems, a Silicon Valley-based Electronic Design Automation Firm. I have also been active in setting up Plaksha University and I chair its Board of Trustees. The university seeks to reimagine technology education and undertake transformative research to address grand challenges.
